Player settings (was: Nooby Question)

I can't figure out how to do this
When you are dl the map you have teams and there are locked computers, locked colors and players.
I know its an easy question but can someone help me out with it.

Change everything under Scenario > Player Properties to what ever you want, and then move to foces tab and check (V): Use custom Forces and Fixed player settings.
