This spellpack contains three of the Omniknight's spells from DotA (yeah, another DotA spellpack). If I find how to make Repel I'll update the map and add it.


Purification
Instantly heals a friendly unit and damages all nearby enemy units.
Level 1 - Purifies 90 hit points.
Level 2 - Purifies 180 hit points.
Level 3 - Purifies 270 hit points.
Level 4 - Purifies 360 hit points.

Degen Aura
Greatly degenerates the movement capabilities of units that stray too near.
Level 1 - Reduces movement speed by 7%.
Level 2 - Reduces movement speed by 14%.
Level 3 - Reduces movement speed by 21%.
Level 4 - Reduces movement speed by 28%.

Guardian Angel
Grants all nearby friendly units near physical invulnerability and increases hit point regeneration greatly.
Level 1 - Lasts 5 seconds.
Level 2 - Lasts 7 seconds.
Level 3 - Lasts 9 seconds.

I know that they look extremely simple to make... Trigger shouldn't have leaks. Sorry for my ugly image crop...

repel is using the anti-magic barrier/shell. I'm quite sure.

No, because if you have the Anti-Magic Shell you will be targeted by spells (the ability only absorbs the damage). Repel makes the unit immune to magic and it cannot be targeted by spells.

Well.. i tried battle roar in my map .. it doesnt give a bonus damage ... lol :(

*EDIT* - Check ur Guardian Angel ability . u set the damage increased to 0.10. change that value to 0.00.

Yes I know that (I should edit my first post). I don't know why but when I first tested the spell and the value was 0.00 nothing happened! And then I tried changing it to 0.10 and it worked. Maybe I got something mixed. Later I'll update the map.

It is good and all but seriously...

2 non-triggered spells that are pretty straightforward isn't really what I want in a spellpack. ;)

Users who made DotA spells here on TheHelper made the triggered ones only.

Hmm, you're right... Sorry, next time I'll make sure ALL of the spells are triggered :eek:

These are almost a no-brainer. Even a beginner can trig purification with 2 lines in GUI. The other require absolutely no triggering. Just changing effects and stuff in the object. There is also another non-triggered spell missing.

Instead of this maybe make the Avatar of vengeance hero spells(don't remember name, only model). There were several requests for such ones. Other nice hero is necrolic(just giving ideas here).

Thats why people make the harder ones since know one knows how to do them.(the noobs that is)

Complex non-triggered spells are still allowed. But Roar has been used so many times... :p

It's simple: If you look at a spell and say: "Wow! This must have been triggered I can't tell how it's possible!" then your non-triggered spell is great :D

Think theres nothing wrong with it...

Pretty moderate spellpack, neither outstandig nor worthless.
If you think it over most Dota spells are really simple and can be done with simple non jass triggers or with no triggers at all, the most complicated is probably the hook ability.

The new wall of replica and the Enigma's ultimate are challenging as well imo :)

Well ok the wall of replica may be a litle bit tricky, but if you put down an hour or two im sure its doable.

The Black Hole is a simple slide-loop trigger no? the

every 0.10 sec
pick all units within 300 off [BHCast_Point] matching blah-blah and do
loop
Move picked to position towards angle between picked and [BHCast_Point] offset 10
Make [BHCaster] damage picked 3x[BH_lvl]

Figure its something like that, just a bunch of variables and loop
