hi, does anyone know any good program that can record game play? i wanna make a video for some games. i try to put a camera in front of the monitor, but the quality is bad and you can see the reflection on the monitor screen.

Fraps kicks ass, though you should use a converter and shrink the filesize. It doesn't have enough time to do so while recording.
