So, if you are carrying more than your max, you cannot move, attack or cast spells... That would be hard (since you still need to be able to drop items...). Here is my plan now:
If you are carrying more than your max, you cannot move, but can turn, attack and cast spells. I like the cast spells part the most, because, that way, if you have a group of heroes doing a raid or something, with a bunch of loot found, then, if you have a mage with mass teleport, then you all just load up, and he whisks you back to town, and you drop your items and stuff to go and sell them.
Now, a real question - how can you make a unit unable to move, but still turn and attack and cast?
