Whenever I increase the size of a building. My unit goes through like half of the building.. How can I solve this problem?

It's because of its pathing. You can see it if you press P. Just use some pathing blockers (or make your own pathing map);)

hey dude, dont forget the Art - Selection Scale.
Thats the green circle around the unit.

When modidying the size of units, you normaly need only to take care about this 3 characteristics:

Art - Scaling Value (3D size of model)
Art - Selection Scale (that green circle of selection)
Pathing - Collision size (the pathing size of the unit)

They can be noticed in Editor, dont need to run a test for check if its right.
For collision size, just tick the option "pathing" in the "view" menu.

Just put an unit in the map, and try out all tools of resizing.

There's also the position of projectiles impacting on unit or being lauched from it.

In this tutorial there's a lot of explanation on the Object Editor!
