I want to make a summon that increases your maximum food limit. Is that possible and if so, how?

Is it possible to move the ''set rally point'' icon in a building to a different position? Like instead of being in the case x=3 y=1, I want it to be in the case 0-1.

just with trigger... <unit is summoned, set food = food + 5 (just a example), unit die, if unit is summoned then set food = food - 5>

Well where is the set rally point ability to begin with? im not talking about the building, im talking about the rally icon thing

Rally is an ability in the Object/Ability Editor. It is called 'Rally'.

Is there a way to hide it (the icon) without affecting anything besides being able to use it manually?

How about the ''cancel button? is that an ability as well?

Just make a unit and set the stat "food produced"

What other purpose does it have? You can set the rally point through triggers, so if you don't want the icon, just remove it.

Yes, but that will not increase the MAXIMUM food limit, it will act like a farm / ziggurat etc.
