Alright, here's my problem.

U = Unit (1) = Beacon 1 (2) = Beacon 2 >,< = wall
(U2) = Unit on Beacon 2 (U1) = Unit on Beacon 1

WHAT I WANT TO HAPPEN:
--------------------------------------------------------------------

ONE - Unit sees Beacon 1
<
U (1) > (2)
<
TWO - Unit moves onto Beacon 1
<
(U1) > (2)
<
THREE - Unit is teleported from Beacon 1 to Beacon 2
<
(1) > (U2)
<
---------------------------------------------------------------------

I can't seem to get this to work, would someone reply with the trigger to this?

Have you tried using locations? Without them the triggers will not work properly. All you need to do is go to locations in the layer section and highlight locations then simply create locations for the beacons. To get the unit to move to the location you simply create a location at where the unit is and use this trigger:
Condition: Player brings atleast one any unit to location (X) Action:Issue order for all any unit at location x move to location y.

Once the unit arrives at the location marked by the beacon use this trigger.
Condition:Player 1 brings atleast 1 any unit to location y
Action: Move all any unit for player 1 at location y to location z

This hopefully will help with the problem. If you want to run the same trigger repeatedly then just select preserve trigger and you're done.

Good Luck with your missions.

Sorry my name is ShadowMage3571 not 3561. Typing error.

Contrary to what some may say, i am not a COMPLETE idiot

Yes, i do know about locations and i'm pretty sure i know how they work.

Wait..

So I have to have 2 triggers?

All I did before was:

Condition: Player 1 brings at least 1 any unit to location y

Action: Move all any unit for player 1 at location y to location z

--------------

Also i have another question about "issue an order"

How the hell do i do that?

Also, i want them to be 2 way teleports.

Why do i have to have a location where the unit is in the beginning when he just sees the beacon? Or do I?

Issue order is an action in which the unit will move attack or patrol depending on which of them you select.
An example using the action:order
Condition:Always
Action:Issue order to all any unit owned by player 1 at location x
order(move) to location y
I just suggested the location so you could have a trigger causing the unit at the start to automatically move to the beacon. That trigger is totally optional. Your trigger about the player 1 brings any unit to location y Move all any unit for player 1 at location y to location z should work just fine. For two way teleporters you only need the same trigger with just the locations changed. I suggest adding a wait trigger so when the unit teleports to the other beacon he is immedietly teleported back to the other beacon. Also add preserve trigger so that the triggers will work only once and then not work again.

AHA!

It wasn't working before because i wasn't preserving the trigger :)

this is the fix I get from that yeah this is hard to control. disabling bots is pretty much necessary as ai and other bots would push really old threads to the top. reduce weight of view count. disable guest view tracking if you really want to push active threads to the top. a bit of tinkering for a few days with the weights and other settings should get you a decent trending widget box.
  • Ghan Ghan:
I changed the settings a bit.
  • Ghan Ghan:
Narrowed it to 7 days for the half-life and set views to 0 weight.
  • The Helper The Helper:
I dont think Trending would work for this forum it would be better to just have the last 5 posts from anywhere
  • Ghan Ghan:
Probably will have to give it some time to update.

I'm guessing it is not retroactive.

One thing I have noticed and I dont know if it is by design but like 1 out of 3 times I come to the site the Anubis screen just hangs open, if I refresh it will go away but sometimes it hangs
  • Ghan Ghan:
    I've seen that as well.
  • The Helper The Helper:
Wow - the change in the stats are major. I kind of knew it was all bots but wow, to see the effect. Why the social media sites cant do something like this I have no idea.
  • Ghan Ghan:
Probably inflates their numbers so they look better to advertisers.
  • The Helper The Helper:
Yeah google does not filter those bots. I remember when Apex was doing Google ads I saw the same IPs in there as I was seeing here - google is totally tracking all those bots as traffic and most google traffic, at least ours, was all bots

Weekend went by too fast. Next weekend I am going to try to do a nature thing - buddy of mine lives by the Colorado river and has some kayaks and invited me to do some kayaking from a place he knows to get on the river.
  • Ghan Ghan:
    That sounds like an adventure.
