Spell/Hero Ideas

Okay, so in my map, its based on heroes, and I need some hero/spell ideas for the heroes, I have a hero that I cannot think of anything for, He's an illidan model, and I can't think of anything creative at the moment, any ideas are welcome. Also, Im creating a techies like hero, from Dota (Hes based on explosives) and I am using Sharl by Jesus4lyf for his hook like spell to get them to his mines, and Smart Mines for his mines, any other ideas for his ult/third spell would be great, thanks.

Chrono Strike - instant
Steps into future, blinking behind the target, dealing weapon damage and stuns it for 0.1 second.
Has a 5.5/5/4.5/4 sec cooldown.

-this works similar to Wow's instant-target abilities (like Arcane Shot); once activated, it will automatically perform it on the target if you're attacking it within range
-useful for dodging missiles since it's instant

Psionic Shock - instant
Instantly shocks nearby enemy units dealing damage and stunning them for 2 seconds and after 2 seconds shocks nearby enemy units again. Same units cannot be shocked twice.

Kick - unit target
Kicks the target dealing damage and knocking it 800 units back.

-unoriginal name, unoriginal skill, but it's a nice synergy with other spells

Time Bomb - unit target, ultimate
Places a time bomb on the target unit that lasts 6/8/10 seconds or until it explodes. If the target comes in contact with an enemy unit or takes x damage, the bomb will explode dealing heavy damage and purges for 4/5/6 seconds in a 500 AoE.

-if it doesn't explode, the bomb will vanish after 6/8/10 seconds

Places a time bomb on the target unit that lasts 6/8/10 seconds or until it explodes. If the target comes in contact with an enemy unit, the bomb will explode dealing heavy damage and purges for 4/5/6 seconds in a 500 AoE.

-the bomb will only explode if the target comes in contact with an enemy and will vanish otherwise after 6/8/10 seconds

I love the spells, however, for Time Bomb, is the target an ally? or an enemy? Should both units trigger it? Does it knock units back? Is there a countdown that will be visible to friendly units?

Psionic Shock - Should they be purged also?

Kick - Should this Silence them? (From WoW Also)

it's enemy, though you could make it allied target as well
the bomb is visible on the target (otherwise it would be OP)
you could make the bomb also explode if the target takes x damage, so it isn't so situational

you mean from the bomb? I don't see why not

Kick - Should this Silence them? (From WoW Also)

it doesn't say so in description, does it? xd

but it's up to you to customize it as you want, these ideas are pure concepts

Before you decide the skills of the hero, I would suggest you make a theme for him. An illidan model can be anything, he can be a half-demon demonic caster, he can be a shadow strider who steal his opponent's souls or even maybe a time warper who can go into the past or freeze time. After you confirm your hero's theme spells automatically come to your mind.

For example, thinking about the demonic caster, skills like soul burn, doom or metamorphosis automatically come to mind. The shadow strider maybe can summon invisible ghosts who can scout for him(shades) or a passive that steals soul from nearby dead units. Souls passively add damage. You can summon those souls as shades(ofcourse you will love the damage) or you can use the souls to damage enemy units in an area.

*Note that these arent locked to the illidan model... Im also looking for hero ideas.
Also, I believe Illidan to be a demonic-soul stealing-caster- but can also pull a lot of DPS
