spell trigger help

hello, i have made a spell named "Chemical Experiment" ;]

Chemical Experiment - Deals 40/60/80 damage to monsters and slows them by 3/4/5%... I have made a skill based on "Finger of Death" the damaging thing...
My problem now is that what spell do i base the slow? can any1 help me?

- is Finger of Death used to produce lightning effect or just its instant cast single target
if the second you can try using soul burn (sing instant target + slow + damage) which does everything but the lightning effect
-otherwise you can trigger dummy to cast cripple/slow depending on whether you want factor/percentage.

I removed the lightning effect from the finger of death...
I think the when i cast a soul burn there is a orange laughing thing on the unit..
I am just gonna use the cripple/slow ;]

soul burn >> go to buffs and remove attachments
