Stacking Debuffs: like Psi Storm?

I realized that psi storm does not stack, so if you cast 5 in the same area it would do the same damage as 1,
does anyone know how to change it so the buff stacks?
I've looked everywhere on the ability and have tried everything that would seem logical.

I solved my own question.

Okay so since someone else might search for the same thing i'll answer it myself.

it should have been obvious since i passed over it 3 times, and looked at everything else. the ability psy storm when you look at the stats, eventually comes down to its behavior. underneath the tab for stats if you take off the advanced fields there will be max stack count and max stack count per caster.

they should both be set to zero, set them to -1

-1 stands for infinite. in some cases.
