StarTools released with 1.5?

In this thread it says:

• StarTools is a set of plugins for Discreet®'s 3ds max®, these tools allow advanced users to create, modify, and quickly preview models and animations, including particle and ribbon effects, that can be used in StarCraft II custom maps.

Did they confirm it or did they cancel those plans? I didn't see any mention of StarTools in the official patch notes.

It is not currently in the beta. I'm hoping it'll be in the release, but I'm not sure. I don't think they canceled the plans, but the plans might be postponed until later.

Blizzard has a habbit of not following through on release dates, it may not even come with a patch but on its own when they feel they are ready to release it.
