Sucking Ability

Hi, everyone. I've thought up a spell which would currently fit in my hero. The problem is, it seems a little confusing. It's based off black hole, the only diference is that I want it to be casted on a unit, and enemies will get sucked to that unit. That particular unit can still move freely, so the point of sucking would have to change frequently, wouldn't it? Is there any way to do this?
