Ish so CUUUUTE.

I think some more color variation in the shadows would help (more realistic colors I mean, because when a color becomes darker the complementary color starts to appear). Also, since the lighting is coming from behind the figure (according to the shadows) I would expect the dudes facial shading to be opposite of what it is. You could just make the shadows shorter and move them a bit left to fix this also, which is probably the easier method instead of reshading the entire thing.

I would also recommend working the backround some more, even if it's some basic shapes to give this piece some more depth.

Good job overall though. I like the flower a lot.
