wtf happened to my original edit of this for you - not only does this noq require some external shit system - its coded terribly

your destroying timers, using a new one on each cast - bah this is terrible

Hmmm... This System would be kewl, if it would be compatible with TT. Because you don't create + destroy a timer, and everything runs on one timer... Which is actually pretty kewl :3

Actually this is not so bright idea since even thou system will handle periodic limiting for you you still need to pass some data(struct) to the timer in order to make any use of it. And since you already need a struct on timer it is useless to make one more wrapper only to avoid tick variable.
Besides some spells need to end prematurely for various reasons and if you hardcode ticks it will not be possible.

When it comes to periodic timers TT and Abct are the way to go,
noone has or ever will make anything better.

Sorry kc102 but this system is pointless.
