Some requirements:
1. You need to have the latest version of Yahoo! Messenger. (MSN, AOL might work. Haven't tested them out yet.)
2. You need to have some Warcraft friends in your account.
3. Warcraft 3 game. (RoC or TFT)
4. Microphone. (Headset with microphone is nice.)
5. Must have your friends know about this.
Steps:
1. Open up Yahoo! Messenger (or your favorite chat client(s)).
2. Invite your friends into the Conference. (Actions -> Invite to Conference...) A pop-up will show up.
3. Invite those you wished to play with. Up to a max of 11 players.
4. Make sure at the bottom of the pop-up, the option "Enable Voice for this Conference" is ticked/checked/enabled.
5. Once you have all your friends voice chatting, and doing some troubleshooting, tell them to start running Warcraft 3. Must agree on which game version (RoC or TFT) to play.
6. See if you can use either LAN to play, or go into Battle.Net and try to find each other. The recommended way is to go into Battle.Net, create a private room (or let someone else create one), and tell others to join it.
7. Let someone create a game, or agree on who does the creation of the game.
8. Join the game. Wait for others.
9. Play and enjoy your first experience of VoIP in-game in Warcraft 3.
