trigger-action not working help

Hi there,

I made a trigger which is not working
I tell the trigger to remove doodads in region
For the gates I placed it works fine, but the path-blockers wont remove from the game

Does anyone knows if it is possible to remove path-blockers from the game?

it should be, you may have to do it to them specifically, i know in wc3 you couldnt pick "locusted" units with the pick every unit in range function, there may be a similar issue with picking pathing blockers

Can you post your trigger so we know exactly what you did? copy and paste it in [ wc3] tags
 
I just made a region which is even 1 radius larger than the doodads to be sure the doodads are in the region

so my issue is just that only the 'gates' (doodads) are removed and not the path blockers
 
As GFreak said, can you post the trigger? Most likely, you're using a "Pick Every Unit In Unit Group" and the unit group parameter is the "Units in Region Matching Condition".

If you don't change the unit filter for the "Units in Region Matching Condition", you'll most likely have Hidden units excluded. Change the unit filter to have it work.
 
Well, are you sure the pathing blockers are doodads? As far as I know, doodads can't interact with the world. They're just actors. A pathing blocker that can't interact with the world(by blocking a path) would be rather useless.

If your pathing blockers are units, they wont be removed when you remove doodads in a region.
 
havent toke any look at this since I assuming they belong to the doodads because they are spawned from the doodad menu
 
Pathing Blockers are indeed doodads. Doodads can have footprints. Pathing blocking are really just Doodads with footprints without a visible model.

    It is OK though for the main page to open up on the forum in the view it was before. As long as the portal has its own URL so it can be viewed that way I do want to try it as a regular forum view for a while
