Trigger NOT Working (wth)

Hello I got a mysterious problem here:

trigger

event any unit enters region bomb

condition unit type of unit is bomb
condition triggering unit has behavior bomb counting down false

action add 1 behavior bomb counting down at triggering unit
action create text tag with the text '3' at position of triggering unit...
action set the velocity of text tag...
action wait 1.5 game seconds
action destroy last created text tag
action create text tag with the text '2' at position of triggering unit...
action set the velocity of text tag...
action wait 1.5 game seconds
action destroy last created text tag
action create text tag with the text '1' at position of triggering unit...
action set the velocity of text tag...
action wait 1.5 game seconds
action destroy last created text tag
action add 1 effect Bomb Explosion (Search) on triggering unit from triggering unit

I set a damage effect in the Bomb Explosion (Search) which deals 1000 damage


WHY does my unit not taking any damage ??
I am VERY SURE that:

- the search effect got radius 2
- the search tab in the search effect has invulnerable required
- the impact location in the targets tab has target point/unit
- the launch location in the targets tab has source unit
- my unit is close enough to the bomb (when testing)
- the damage has ALL FILTER TYPES on allowed

you're the king if you would figure out this problem

Is the unit that is supposed to take damage, invulnerable? Because it will ONLY take damage if it is invulnerable.

Why? Because "- the search tab in the search effect has invulnerable required". That means the target is REQUIRED to be invulnerable, for the search effect to target it.

yes I know, because my units are invulnerable, this is because I got problems in some other point of the game if I wont set them invulnerable

so again the question: WHY does my unit not taking any damage even if I move to the bomb

Maybe because they're invulnerable?

Afaik an invulnerable unit can't take damage from effects, only from triggers.

invulnerable units takes damage as long you trigger the effects to hit invulnerable targets, I've seen this before with splash damage in my tower defense my towers got killed because my bombs were damaging my invulnerable towers

never mind, I will find some work-arrounds (thanks anyway!!)
