"Unable to build so close to the gold mine"

Is there anyway to remove this, so that you can build closer to the gold mine? :nuts:

first u need to go to unit editor and make all the untis you want to be close to the mine, not have return gold.

It's not a town hall, just a building with the return gold and lumber ability.
