Upgrade being finished Condition

It has nothing to do with what you get / replace, just a workaround to not work with upgrades, but with unit constructing.

I just want the condition to detect the "Finishes Upgrading" Event, is that possible?

i mean like: from building to building upgrade. for example from town hall to castle..

LIKE WHAT I POSTED EARLIER.
Why not just make it upgrade into a different building like this.
Go to object editor.
Find "Techtree - Upgrades To"
And add the building you would like it to upgrade into.
