Very smooth arrow key movement

I didn't know EXACTLY where to post this, but i figured it was kinda a project of mine so anyway.

I made an almost bug-free, very very smooth arrow key movement system. If anyone wants to use it, feel free, just give credit if it is used in a public map. :D

Well, to be exact, the arrow key movement lies within the triggers of the map inside the zip archive attachment. :nuts:

Im sorry if you didn't notice that earlier...

If you guys didn't notice..This should be in the Free Trigger Code Section?

Indeed, very smooth, but it a bit unpractical because you can only move with the up arrow and then you change the direction. I mean, I had to do a huge curve to turn around 180 degrees. Also, a small bug I noticed, when I went straight into a baricade, my footman slided right for a distance of about 100.

And yes, this should be in the free trigger code section.

nice, but the attacking animation will disappear, and I realized that warcraft 3 is really not suitable for this kind of view.

go one step further?

Very nice job!

If you don't mind, then I'll convert it to jass some day, and add some functionality:
1) look when either only arrow left or only arrow right is pressed
2) smaller turning angle, or better: turning angle depending on unit type

Well i don't care if you convert it to jass just have some basic credits for the system to The_ChRiS...

The down arrow key was hard to do and i didn't do a very good job on it...

But the system is so much better than unit ordering system though, much smoother.

I like it :)

But....
I found a Bug
I attacked the crates with the Footie, and indeed the Footie attack, but it didn't play the attack Animation, so I heard the sounds and such, but the footie was just... standing there...

And it's pretty anoying that you can't turn if you're not moving...
For the rest... Very Good Job!

I might use it... well... I'll edit it first... a bit...
