What Makes A Res Map Funn

Hey im working on a residentevil map and im having trouble comign up with stuff to put in map ive got so far everythign i can put what im askign is for

what do u guys like to see in a ResidentEvil map what kind of stuff do u like and dislike what makes it fun and worth playing and sumthing where u can spend hours playing without getting bored or at least too bored

zombies
obstacles
items such as guns/barracase/ammo/health/armor/stim packs... etc
camera zoomed far out
custom models
boss levels
characters that level
weather effects (lightning/rain)

And thats just getting started
