That place next to the time is your system tray and it shows some of the programs that are running on your computer. If you click the icon the associated program should pop up. Or you should be able to right click it and disable it.
It may be Norton has others have mentioned. There are a few known spyware that can pretend to be anti-spyware such as SpySheriff. However, SpySheriff is a nasty piece of a work that makes its presence known almost immediately since it disables the Task Manager, alters the background wallpaper, and blocks all downloads so the user cannot obtain anti-spyware software.
Sorry for the late reply. New Year's and all. Anyway, thanks for the replies. The URL for a screenshot of the bottom right of my sister's PC is at the end of my post. There are two of them and if I Ctrl+Alt+Delete and close a program called "D", one of them closes when I hover over again. Also, when I tried to scan with Norton, it takes 40 minutes to scan through 4 files and doesn't even reach 1% so I just stopped it. It also won't allow her to connect online. We still use dialup and will update eventually but not soon. If there is anything I can do or any other info you guys need to try and help me, please tell me and I'll do my best. Thanks again.
Yeah, it looks like one of the spyware/Trojan variants circulating such as SpySheriff. SpyBot: Search & Destroy can partially remove the Trojan and spyware. AdAware and Microsoft Antispyware cannot detect and/or fully remove the spyware last I checked.
The Trojan does not properly hijack all User accounts, so you should be able to easily log into an alternate User account to remove all traces from the Registry and hard drive.

How exactly can I do this? Spybot seems to work, but I want to completely remove all of it.
My sister's PC also have another problem. I want to go online and use trendmicro for a scan, but the dial-up connection won't work. We use People PC and if we try using it through the program, it says Dial-up networking error: The port is already open. If I try making a new connection with the same numbers, password, username, etc., I get something like:
Dial-up Networking was unable to complete the connection.
Error 602:
The modem is being used by another Dial-up Networking Connection.
Close the connection, and then try again.
Then I try it with the phone line disconnected from the phone jack and I get the same error message. Any help?
Signatures can be edit in your account profile. As for the old stuffs, I'm thinking it's because Blizzard is now under Microsoft, and because of Microsoft Xbox going the way it is, it's dreadful.
@tom_mai78101 I must be blind. If I go on my profile I don't see any area to edit the signature; If I go to account details (settings) I don't see any signature area either.
You can get there if you click the bell icon (alerts) and choose preferences from the bottom, signature will be in the menu on the left there https://www.thehelper.net/account/preferences
I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work
So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man
I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.
Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart
