Jackal is right. "Meh-lay" (/mɛˈleɪ/) is the correct way, that's how it's pronounced in French from which it came from. "May-lay" (/meɪleɪ/) is how Americans pronounce it.

Oh man, I'm totally alone on this forum, I pronounce it "Mee-Lee", and I don't really care if its wrong, "May-Lay" sounds awkward to say for me.
