Whats Wrong With This Trigger?

Hi, can someone help me figure out what is wrong with this trigger? Its supposed to make a building jump to max construction if a unit has a certain item, but the building speed isnt changing. The item is being removed from the unit though.

Code:
Unit Group - Pick every unit in (Units owned by (Owner of (Constructing structure)) of type Ancients of Construction) and do (Actions)
    Loop - Actions
        If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
            If - Conditions
                (Item-type of (Item carried by (Picked unit) in slot 1)) Equal to Orb of Construction
            Then - Actions
                Unit - Set (Constructing structure) construction progress to 99%
                Item - Remove (Item carried by (Picked unit) in slot 1)
            Else - Actions
        If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
            If - Conditions
                (Item-type of (Item carried by (Picked unit) in slot 2)) Equal to Orb of Construction
            Then - Actions
                Unit - Set (Constructing structure) construction progress to 99%
                Item - Remove (Item carried by (Picked unit) in slot 2)
            Else - Actions

Also, how can I detect if a unit drops an item?
 
can you add the whole trigger, not just the actions?
 
For some reason you need to add a wait before setting the construction progress. So just add 'Wait 0.00 seconds' as the first action or as an action before setting the construction progress.

    I have converted the Headline News forum to an Article type forum. It will now show the top 20 threads with more detail of each thread.

    I do not see a way to go past the 1st page of posts on the forum though

    It is OK though for the main page to open up on the forum in the view it was before. As long as the portal has its own URL so it can be viewed that way I do want to try it as a regular forum view for a while

    Yeah I'm not sure what the deal is with the pagination.

    It SHOULD be there so I think it might just be an artifact of having an older style.

    I switched it to a "Standard" article forum. This will show the thread list like normal, but the threads themselves will have the first post set up above the rest of the "comments"
