K, I started this terrain a while ago, then my computer got a bad virus and stopped working and now i decided to try and finish it but it just seems wrong, like i don't have enough stuff to add with such a large area left, any suggestions/or help with how i could fix this would be cool. Ty!

More like something is missing?

While massively placing trees and mushrooms everywhere there is almost no space for moving. Roads are very strict, hardly you manage to turn back on road. It diminishes all tactics like running away or luring your enemy.
Don' t afraid smooth crossing to new area, noticed you right now use rivers (For RPG Blizzard cliffs looks so ugly). Where both areas met mix trees and mushrooms so player can' t distinguish strict boxes of different regions. Make roads ten times wider (you got there epic map size, plenty of room, why to fill it with destructibles? Players can' t do there nothing.). Make areas bigger.
One most worst thing ever was seeing bridge or river way between two areas near map boarder! That was so close to map boarder. It' s bad because boarder restricts camera view! I prefer to see map bounds as few times as I can and I try to not give map boarders strategic value. Because there is bad to do anything. If it is needed to use, then for secondary purpose, but not for main road. Point is that moving action to near map boarders is big no no.
If you are creating RPG terrain take a look to Blizzards melee maps, they as a professional game makers know that moving space is really important and destructibles and doodads are just for decoration what should give atmosphere, but not dominate on scene.

Make all areas twice as big with ten times as wide roads, make so you are able to move between mushrooms and trees. I prefer dynamic movement instead linear.

Quick tips, read terrain tutorials from www.wc3campaigns.net (Maybe there are good ones in our forums too, for example how to terrain swamp is superb.)

Do your terrain in this order:

1. Mark with lines on terrain each area approximate boarders.
2. Use terrain tools to make all mountains, rivers, cliffs, etc.
2.1 Use 'Step Method' it' s best terraning method whats available. Use miscData file to make lower or higher terrain (it' s not possible with default editor settings).
Trick:
Use space bar (key) to deselect everything in terrain palette, now when you have raised or lowered terrain by desired amount press space bar and select that area press Crtl + c to copy that terrain block, press Crtl + v to paste it (You have to press Crtl + v before you can actually paste terrain), when you want to paste again same terrain repeat process. See Edit drop down menu for all commands what are available when you make terrain, they are wicked (all rotation per 90 degrees and vertical and horizontal terrain rotation, wicked!). When you are done with terrain start to apply tile sets (texture) it' s easier because you see all terrain and get overall picture what tiles suits best for what.
I would suggest you to start just new map and read about step method (Use terrain copy/ paste and rotations with miscData file) then try and tinker with it. If you feel you know how to use basic things start to terrain your RPG.
It gives you much new skills how to make nice smooth valleys, mountains, curved smooth roads up to hill or down to valley, rivers, etc.
Read and try out is my best suggestion, if you get hang of it start actual work. Practicing makes you only better. What you did was best what you could do with your so far knowledge so don' t give up or be disappointed.
I terrained at start almost like you, then I read about Step Method and tinkered with it. After that I did much more professional terrain, keep in mind that all that random what Blizzard generates almost never fit and you ge tbest result if you do all (even smallest things) manually because you can do what premade basic Blizzard terrain functions can' t compose and see overall picture and compare it to reality.
