Well that seems alright to me. And one more issue, how much damage. i'd be thinking around 500 to 600 that way you have a garenteed chance to kill something.

Another idea based on an archer

Name - Ranger @ lvl 10 he has 500 hp and 100 mana (+ hp for strength)

Primary attribute - Strength

Skills - Powered Shot - arrow deals damage between 20-40 (depending on level) [stacked on standard damage] (costs 10 mana

- Survivor's shot - a succesful hit heals the ranger for 30-50 health and 5-15 mana (costs 5 mana)

- Aura of the Wild - All nearby foes move 10,25,50% slower and all allied arrows deal +10-15 damage (depending on level of aura)

- Call Animals - invulnerable animals are summoned to protect the ranger, (they take damage for him and cannot be targeted) and kill his enemies 5-10 animals summoned each one does 30-40 damage (costs 50 mana) [long recharge time]

i think what he means is if the hero takes damage it gets transferred to the invul units insted (like spirit link bu all of the damage goes to the other unit)

Hero Idea

I came up with a hero I made in my single player map where you have to kill sheep that the scourge has infected with the Plague. The hero is a Wheat Thresher (its the infernal contraption but the one without the mounted cannon) It has the ability and its melee. And its perfect because it has all the spikes in front.

It has:

Toxic Exhaust(immolation) that looks like Disease Cloud, that de/activates

Avatar i think, and

A speed upgrade spell because its slow.

I found it to be a very interesting and challenging hero to play as. I hope other people make it and like it!!!!!

1> poke in eye - pokes the trarget in the eye making him temporarily blind and unable to attack.

2>throw rock - picks a rock up from the ground and throws it at a target unit dealing extra damage and short stun.

3> over there - unit points at a target location and all surrounding units are distracted and look in that direction for 5 seconds allowing the hero to escape.

Ult> improved reflexes - gives greatly increased attack and movement speed and 60 - 80% evasion.

Shadow Images

Creates shades around a unit. The shades chrash into the target, dealing mana damage. The mana damaged is transfered to the Hero.
level 1 - 5 shades
level 2 - 10 shades
level 3 - 15 shades
Each shade drains 5 mana.

Ultimate - Commanders of the Burning Legion

Turns the Hero into two separate avatars, Kil'Jaeden and Archimonde. If any of the avatars survive until the end of the summon period, the Necrolyte is reborn.
Note that the cinematic Kil'Jaeden has no skills. SImply use Archimonde as base unit, and change the icon and model.

Some of the necrolytes abilities seem a bit underpowered but its still original as far as i can tell. Lots of thought (like mine ) good job.
