I posted a good hero on a thread like this before the crash and ive been looking for 1 to post hero ideas again...i never saw this threas and i just saw a link to it from rebarber's "good hero" thread...so here are some heroes...if it's not too late :(

Hero Ideas:

Vendetta Knight
Model File: Spell Breaker
Proper Name: Ry'anar the Vengeful
Type Name: Vendetta Knight
Icon: Spell Breaker

Abilities:

Vengence Strike- The Vendetta Knight creates a pillar of hellfire around him and deals 150 damage and burns the ground for 6 seconds dealing 20 damage a second.

Level 1: 150 damage, 6 seconds
Level 2: 200 damage, 8 seconds
Level 3: 300 damage, 10 seconds


Blood of Revenge- The Vendetta Knight has revenge flowing through his vains. He gains a 20% chance to deal 1.5 times the damage and gain 10%
of the damge back in life.

Level 1: 20% chance, 1.5x damage, 10% life
Level 2: 25% chance, 1.75x damage, 10% life
Level 3: 30% chance, 2x damage, 10% life


Immolation Dash- The Vendetta Knight dashes through across the ground dealing 100 initial damage to enemies that are hit and the Vendetta Knight sets the units hit on fire dealing 20 damage a second to them and units around them for 5 seconds

Level 1: 100 damage, 20 Immolation Damage, 5 seconds
Level 2: 150 damage, 25 Immolation Damage, 7 seconds
Level 3: 200 damage, 30 Immolation Damage, 9 seconds

ULTIMATE:
Vendetta Strike- The Vendetta Knight must fufill his revenge thristy blood. He sets off a Hellfire explosion around him in a 600 range radius cracking the ground and dealing 750 damage to himself and everything else in the explosion. If the Vendetta Knight has killed an enemy above level 3 in the last minute then he revives with 1 health and 1 mana.

Icon: Possession
Model: Banshee
Description: Archqueen of the Banshees. Adept at replacing and conjuring souls, and commanding the forces of the dead.

Skillz:
Soul Stealer (Possession): Possesses a target enemy unit. While destroying the Soul Queen, her spirit lingers and floats to an alter. (I think you can still revive her.)
Lvl 1: 200 mana
Lvl 2: 150 mana
Lvl 3: 100 mana


Army of the Dead (Stampede): Summons forth a legion of the undead to swarm neaby enemies. (Use skeleton as stampede model)
Lvl 1: 60 skeletons 10 per second

Long live the Queen (Storm, Earth and Fire): Splits the Queen's devilish soul into 3 vile spirits. Spirit of Desire: - Spellcaster: Netherportal (Serpent ward: Shimmering Portal. Missle: Possession Missle), Sleep, Animate Dead, Possession. Spirit of Hate: - Fighter: Critical Strike, Split Earth (Warstomp), Bash, Frenzy. Spirit of Love: - Healer (And to keep the Queen Alive): Death Coil, Healing Wave, Windwalk, Lingering Soul (Reincarnation).
Lvl 1: 100 mana (Cooldown: 60 seconds)
Lvl 2: 75 mana (Cooldown: 40 seconds)
Lvl 3: 50 mana (Cooldown: 20 seconds)


Satanic Sacrifice (Blizzard): (Use the "Doom spawn effect" as the AoE art effect instead of blizzard shard. Make a trigger so that if a unit has a "Satanic Sacrifice" buff, kill it. And also kill the Queen when she finishes the spell) Using Demonic energies, the Underworld Queen spills her satanic blood apon the field, destroying all units under the blood, but while spilling her blood, she also ends her suffering. (Costs 600 mana)

Ogre Warchief
Each tribe of brutal ogres has their own unique leader, known as a Warchief. The Warchief has unfathomed power over the ogre peasants and ogre high shaman alike, and has the powers of ogre magi and ogre shaman. Being an ogre, any Warchief should have the ability to smash at will.

Attacks land units.

Attack Speed: 3.50
Movespeed: 180

Abilities
Morale Boost: The Warchief fills itself with an immense power which only the highest class of ogres can channel. Although strong, there are drawbacks to such a power, for once the effect dissipates, the Warchief will be stunned for 30 seconds.

Duration: 15 seconds.

Effect: Increases attack power by 20 (+20 per level), attack speed by 30% (+30% per level), and for each successful attack, there is a 5% chance of increasing movespeed by 100% for 5 seconds. After the buff wears off, the hero is put to sleep for 30 seconds.

Icon: Shimmerglaze Roast
Base: The ogre eats food and gets... RAWR!

Terra Burst: The Warchief uses magical powers, bestowed to him by the ogre magis to release a burst of energy, striking down foes in its wake, as well as poisoning them for a short amount of time.

Heals undead units.

Duration: 20 seconds.

Effect: 'Breath of Frost' dummy ability sent backwards from the hero for a considerable distance, much like shockwave, except using the GREEN DRAGON MISSILE PROJECTILE, but with a damage per second effect. Poisons enemies in the wake of the projectile for 5 damage per second for 20 seconds (+5 per level).

Icon: Disease Cloud (Research)
Base: Methane gas comes out its...

Blunt Smasher: The Warchief has power beyond words and will give no remorse to foes who dare attack it. When activated, the Warchief pounds an enemy into the ground, instantly killing it, and destroying the hero's weapon in the process.

Non-heroes.

Duration: ---

Effect: Melee ranged attack which requires 10 lumber to initiate. When activated, the player loses 10 lumber. The hero cannot attack for 5 seconds after the ability is used.

Icon: Earthquake

Torment: The Warchief has mastered the ability to taunt the enemy and has also mastered to use this ability in combat. What unstoppable power lies within the mysteries of this power? No one has ever lived to tell.

Duration: 3 hours.

Effect: Summons a random invulnerable locust critter for player which has a phoenix fire dummy ability which makes sheeps, starfalls, blizzards, and rains of fire fall on the enemies' heads.

Heres a Pirate Captain

I made this pirate captain type character for one of my maps that im still working on
You would use the Admiral Proudmoore model file or else find a pirate model off the internet. here goes:

Pour Beer - The pirate drenches his enemies in beer, making them drunk and suffer slower movement speed and a % chance to miss on their attacks

Call Buccaneers - The pirate captain calls on his fellow buccaneers to aid in battle. last x seconds

Fight Dirty ( kind of like critical strike) - Pirates fight dirty. The captain has a % change to deal critical damage and stun the enemy for x seconds

Cannon Fire (ultimate, kind of like starfall) - Orders his ships to unleash a barrage of powerful cannon fire upon an area.

Hero Name: Thask-thujin
Hero Model: Ancient Squeesch
Hero Main Attribute: Strength

BackGround Story: Thask-thujin meaning "The great one" in the native tounges of the squeesch. Renowned for its fiece attacks and sharmanic magic, its being feared by all hunters whom dare enter the forest it resides in.

Skills:

Nature Touch
[Active]
The hero channels healing energy towards an area around it, every second of his channel allies will be relived of 50 hp.
Level1: Last 4 seconds, covers an area of 400.
Level2: Last 6 seconds, covers an area of 500.
Level3: Last 8 seconds, covers an area of 600.

Wild Instinct
[Passive]
Being a Squeesch, Thask-thujin's beast instinct runs wild in him when battling an enermy with critical wounds(Lesser than 25% hp be it hero or creep), it will be driven mad for 5 seconds(Silenced) and will pursue the target for that 5 seconds.
Level1:Increases attack speed by 75%, movement speed by 20% and
damage by 20%.
Level2:Increases attack speed by 100%, movement speed by 35% and
damage by 35%.
Level3:Increases attack speed by 125%, movement speed by 50% and
damage by 50%.

Fortitude
[Passive]
The Great Body of Thask-thujin allows it to take more damage, reducing damage taken by a portion while also dealing damage towards heros who dare attack it if they have lesser strength than it.
Level1:Receive 15 damage lesser, deals 1.5 X the difference of strength between Thask-thujin and the attacking hero as damage to it.

Level2:Receive 25 damage lesser, deals 2.5 X the difference of strength between Thask-thujin and the attacking hero as damage to it.

Level3:Receive 35 damage lesser, deals 3.5 X the difference of strength between Thask-thujin and the attacking hero as damage to it.

Ultimate:
Erupt
The hero blast open a space in the targeted region, creating a giantic region, slowing enermies in the area while erupting roots randomly in the region, each erupting root will deal damage while holding enermy down for .5 second.

Level1:Target Area covers 400 diameter, slows enermies in the region for 35% of both attack and movement speed. Each root will deal 75 damage to enermies in an area of 75 around the erupted point.

Level2:Target Area covers 550 diameter, slows enermies in the region for 45% of both attack and movement speed. Each root will deal 95 damage to enermies in an area of 75 around the erupted point.

Level3:Target Area covers 700 diameter, slows enermies in the region for 55% of both attack and movement speed. Each root will deal 115 damage to enermies in an area of 75 around the erupted point.


I stated it in my title, its up to you to decide if you want to do it. :)

Another Hero Idea: The Deciever

Here is another hero idea i have...

Deciever
Model File: import one (someone who kind of looks like Vincent from Final Fantasy)
Proper Name: Rinn Shadowbane
Type Name: Deciever
Icon: Import (same as above)

Abilities:

Claw of the Shadow Tamer- The Deciever has tamed the essence of shadow and forms it into a sharp claw to strike an enemy. The strike deals 100 initial damage and poisens the enemy for 15 damage a second for 10 seconds.

Level 1: 100 initial damage, 15 poisen damage, lasts for 10 seconds
Level 2: 175 initial damage, 17 poisen damage, lasts for 13 seconds
Level 3: 200 initial damage, 20 poisen damage, lasts for 15 seconds

Night Essence- The deciever grows in the shadows and gains tremendous strength from the darkness, He creates a sphere of darness around himself to draw strengh from it.. At Daytime the Deciever gains 10
bonus attack and has a 10% chance to gain 20 mana back in a attack. At Night the Deciever gains 25 bonus attack and a 20% chance of stealing 20 life in an attack. This ability is passive.

Daytime:
Level 1: 10 bonus damage, 10% chance, 20 mana
Level 2: 15 bonus damage, 13% chance, 25 mana
Level 3: 20 bonus damage, 17% chance, 35 mana

Night:
Level 1: 25 bonus damage, 20% chance, 20 Life
Level 2: 30 bonus damage, 23% chance, 30 Life
Level 3: 35 bonus damage, 25% chance, 40 Life


Decieving Image- The Deciever makes a shadow copy of himself to fight for him while he flees battle and gains movement speed. The copy has the same life, mana, Items, and Abilities as the Deciever and can attack and deal damage and goes away after 5 seconds. The Deciever gains 1.7 times his current movement speed for 10 seconds.

Level 1: 1 copy that lasts 5 seconds, 1.7x Movement speed, 10 seconds
Level 2: 1 copy that lasts 7 seconds, 2x Movement speed, 15 seconds
Level 3: 2 copies that last 8 seconds, MAX movement speed, 17.5 seconds

ULTIMATE:
Feign Death- The Deciever is exelent at tricking his enemies and when he is at low health he quickly fakes his own death so he wont die. At 10 health the Deciever fakes his death and becomes invulnerable for 10 seconds. The deciever must lay there for 10 seconds before he may leave. This is a passive ability with a long cooldown.

Here is my 3rd hero for this thread...the Gunpyro (idea from my friends screenname on stuff) so here he is:

Gun Pyro
Model File: import (a guy with a gun in each hand and red spiked hair)
Proper Name: Zain Flameshot
Type Name: GunPyro
Icon: Import (Same as above)

Abiliies:

Molten Bullet- The gunpyro melts his bullet before shooting it and it releases a flaming metal out of his gun. Deals 75 damage and stuns the target for 3 seconds and burns them for 8 damage a second for 3 seconds.

Level 1: 75 damage, stuns for 3 seconds, 8 burn damage for 3 seconds
Level 2: 100 damage, stuns for 4 seconds, 10 burn damage for 3 seconds
Level 3: 125 damage, stuns for 5 seconds, 12 burn damage for 4 seconds


Rage- The Gunpyro goes on a rampage and uses his anger to gain attack damage and speed for a price of missing. He gains 5 bonus attack and adds 15% of his agility in attack speed. He has a 30% chance of missing in his rage.

Level 1: 5 bonus attack, 15% agilty to attack speed, 30% chance missing
Level 2: 10 bonus attack, 20% agilty to attack speed, 28% chance missing
Level 3: 15 bonus attack, 40% agilty to attack speed, 25% chance missing


Trigger Happy- The Gunpyro targets an area and fires off his gun extremly rapid. He fires 20 times in the targeted area dealing 7 damage in the area per shot.

Level 1: 20 times, 7 damage
Level 2: 25 times, 8 damage
Level 3: 30 times, 10 damage

ULTIMATE:
Meteor Shot- The gunpyro calls upon all the power he has a fires a blast like a meteor and deals 900 damage in a target area and stunning all enemies in the area for 4 seconds. This spell takes 2.75 seconds to cast.

Thunder Mage
Model File: Emmisary (like priest)
Proper Name: Thal'kunn Stormraiser
Type Name: Thunder Mage
Icon: Emmisary

Abilities:

Storm Bolt- the Thunder Mage summons a large lightning bolt to strike a target enemy for 100 damage and remove all buffs/effects from the target.
Has a 9 second cooldown.

Level 1: 50 damage, 9 second cooldown
Level 2: 70 damage,7 second cooldown
Level 3: 90 damage, 5 second cooldown


Lightning Protection- Tje Thunder mage calls down several bolts of lightning around him to make himself resistent to magic. Has a 30% damage resitstence to spells and magic for 10 seconds

Level 1: 30% resistence, 10 seconds
Level 2: 40% resitence, 15 seconds
Level 3: 50% resitence, 20 seconds

Endless Lightning- The Thunder Mage calls upon a tremendously powerful lightning bolt that deals 100 damage for the first hit on an enemy, then the lightning travels for an infinate time traveling from unit/hero to unit/hero until no one is near. The lighting deals 10 less damage with each jump.

Level 1: 100 initial, 10 less damage with each jump
Level 2: 130 initial, 10 less damage with easch jump
Level 3: 160 initial, 8 less damage with each jump


ULTIMATE:
Thunderstorm- The Thunder Mage calls upon a huge storm that deals damage in a 1000 radius area by calling down lightning to anyone in the storm. Lighting deals 100 damage each srike and stuns for 2 seconds. the spell lasts 15 seconds

I Probably Should. ;)

Model file: Riderless horse
Name: Horsey
Class name: Horse

Ability 1 - Rush
Makes the Horse run faster for 10 seconds.
Level 1 - 10% increase.
Level 2 - 35% increase.
Level 1 - 70% increase.

Ability 2 - Summon Carrot
Summons an immobile Carrot Ward. Does nothing on its own.
Level 1 - 1 Carrot - 10 seconds.
Level 2 - 2 Carrots - 10 seconds.
Level 3 - 3 Carrots - 20 seconds

Ability 3 - Eat Carrot
The Horse eats a summoned Carrot to restore HP.
Level 1 - 100 hp restored.
Level 2 - 125 hp restored.
Level 3 - 175 hp restored.

Ultimate - Panic
Causes the Horse to summon waves of rampaging horses that run into the enemy ranks. (stampede)

Sky Lord
Model File: Import (a winged person with a crystal sword)
Proper Name: Yinnsor the Wise
Type Name: Sky Lord
Icon: Import (Same as above)

Abilities:

Air Blast- The Sky Lord summons a blast of air to deal damage to his enemies. The blast deals 100 damage and blows the target back a small distance.

Level 1: 100 damage, blows back a small distance
Level 2: 150 damage, blows back a medium distance
Level 3: 200 damage, blows back a large distance


Aura of the True Air- The Sky Lord purifies the air around him and it makes it so he can glide and run significantly faster and attacks faster. Increases movement speed and attack speed by 20%

Level 1: 20% faster movement and attack speed
Level 2: 60% faster movement and attack speed
Level 3: 100% faster Movement and attack speed


Crystal Strike- The Sky Lord unsheathes his crystal blade and lunges at a target enemie dealing 50 damage and stunns for 3 seconds. This abilty has a 8 second cooldown.

Level 1: 50 damage, 3 second stun, 9 second cooldown
Level 1: 75 damage, 3.5 second stun, 8 second cooldown
Level 1: 100 damage, 4 second stun, 7 second cooldown


ULTIMATE:
Crystal Sky Strike- The Sky Lord surrounds his blade in purified air and he glides tward the target enemy and attacks the target 10 times. Each attack deals 100 damage. Stuns for 5 seconds and blows the enemy a medium distance back.

Aura of the High Khan- The Centuar High Khan is amongst the most elite of centuars, he gives a major moral boost to his nearby allies. The aura grants a bonus 10 attack damage, 50% bonus movement speed, and 25% bonus attack speed.

Level 1: 10 attack, 50% movement speed, 25% attack speed
Level 2: 15 attack, 75% movement speed, 37.5% attack speed
Level 3: 20 attack, 100% movement speed, 50% attack speed


War Call- The Centuar High Khan stomps his hooves on the ground dealing 50 damage to enemies around him. Then he yells a loud roar and boosts his attack by 100 for 3 seconds.

Level 1: 50 damage, bonus 100 attack for 3 seconds
Level 2: 63 damage, bonus 150 attack for 3.5 seconds
Level 3: 75 damage, bonus 200 attack for 4 seconds


ULTIMATE:
Centuar Elite Rampage- When the Centuar High Khan is lower than 400 health he may call upon the help of the Centuar Elite Warriors. He send a rampage of Centuar tward a target point. Each enemy hit by a rampaging centuar is delt 300 damage and stuned for 1 second.

Heres one for ya. Its a hitman that uses a rifleman model. Just make the scaling bigger and itll look like a hero

aimed shot - The hitman makes a precise shot, that deals base damage plus bonus damage based on agility times x. (x would get bigger the more you level the ability)

stealth shot (windwalk) - trained to move in darkness, the hitman becomes invisible. When he attacks, he does bonus damage, stunning the enemy in confusion

poisioned bullet (shadow strike) - The hitman loads his gun with poisioned ammo, which deals initial damage and damage over time

headshot (trigger spell)(ultimate) - The hitman over time has become an excellent marksman. If an enemy's health is below 50% (or whatever percent you wish), there is a 20%(again, change this to suit your needs) that he will instantly kill the enemy with a headshot.

Proper Name: Othar Arclight
Type Name: Archpaladin
Icon: Paladin (Uther)

Ablities:

Holy Smite- The Archpaladin smites an enemy with a blast of holy energy. Deals 50 damage and stuns for 3 seconds. The blast heals the Archpaladin and nearby allies for 30 health. This attack also deals 2 times damage to enemy undead.

Level 1: 50 damage, stuns 3 seconds, heals 30 health
Level 2: 75 damage, stuns 4 seconds, heals 40 health
Level 3: 100 damage, stuns 5 seconds, heals 50 health


Honored Devotion- The Archpaladin creates a divine sheild around target ally to increase armor greatly. Target gets an additional 8 armor for 20 seconds.

Level 1: 8 armor lasts 20 seconds
Level 2: 10 armor lasts 23 seconds
Level 3: 15 armor, lasts 25 seconds


Juvenile Resserection- The Archpaladin learned at a young age how to reserect himself and allies. However when learned at a young age it wasn't honed to reserect from the complete dead. The Juvenile Reserection is a passive ability that instantly heals the Archpaladin when he is at 100 health o prevent death. This ability has a 120 second cooldown.

Level 1: heals at 100 health, 180 second cooldown
Level 2: heals at 55 health, 140 second cooldown
Level 3: Heals at 10 health, 100 second cooldown


ULTIMATE:
Judgement- The Archpaladin deals damage to his enemies for their sins in life. In a large area around the Archpaladin all enemies are dealt damage depending on the archpaladins current health and stuns the targets for 5 seconds. (If the Archpaladin has 20 health out of 1000 all enemies in range when this ability is cast get dealt 980 damage)
