Hero Abilites Problem

I don't know about changing the hero, you can use berserk ability
But I know about chances
Look at this:
(Level of Knockback for (Attacking unit)) Greater than (>) 0
(Random integer number between 1 and 100) Less than or equal to (<=) 20

what i tried to do for so many times is
set intx = (random 1 to 4 )
if intx = 1 then knock back, hehe

Dota's tiny 6 skill is made of Engineering Upgrade, but I don't know about how it triggered!
