Moving SFX

is it possible to move a special effect around the map, or move it like it is a missile, using triggers (NOT JASS oi),??

I think it is, but you have to create a new special effect over and over again at another point.

Use a dummy unit with the model of the special effect?

u may download a dummy model where they allow you to attached sfx via trigger string to any part of the body.

then you will need to set a loop every 0.25 seconds or whatever and move that dummy to the position where you want your sfx to appear in.

i am pretty sure thats how you do it xD

download Vexorian's dummy model, it can be found in some maps if you can't find it on net. then simply attach in the trigger a special effect to the origin or chest and move the unit.
