Just wondering if there is a way to detect when a unit gains mana. I thought about using, say, T32 to check the unit's mana every 1/32 of a second and compare it to the mana before the last check but I wasn't sure if that was overkill or not.
Try something like every ??? of game time then save the current unit's mana value somewhere then compare it again after sometime?(just a random idea, should be wrong)
That's the best way that I know. The alternate, of course, is to not have any way for a unit to gain mana except through triggers you've made, in which case you'll always know whenever a unit gains mana.
