Spell Help: Spells going to level 10/Making bloodlust for hero

2 Part question...
Part 1..
How would I go about creating a spell that can be upgraded 5 levels (2 spells going to 5 levels each, making the hero have 2 level 5 abilities)?

Part 2...
I am very new to the map making scene, I have only small maps, that arn't very detailed. Anyways, I'm making a serious RPG, and I would like to know how to make a bloodlust spell for a hero. I will be asking a lot of these
