Unit Question

Probably a stupid newbie question, but then again, I am a stupid newbie. How do I give a neutral team (which will have the beacons for selecting units, etc.) units from another race?

For example, the neutral team is White Terran. How do I put an Infested Kerrigan at the beacon to show what unit it will give?

Download those triggers and load them up in your map.

The triggers inside them contain all the conditions/actions you need for anything but the special thing about them is that in the slot for Players, it is empty.
You need to configure it normally but keep the Player slot empty like it is.
Be aware though, it sometimes doesn't work.
