If you follow the guide it works just fine. Make sure you are using the correct .mdx file and that it has been resized to 512X512.

If your loading screen's width/height is larger than 800x600 or 1024x768 and is smaller than 512 - it won't display, and your case will happen: Black screen will appear as your background. Try tweaking its size and it will work.

Are you sure? because i really dont understand how this happens, first of all i dont understand how my "Loadingscreen.mdx" somehow refers to the loading screen i make? their are two difrent files, so how does the fact that i add "Loadingscreen.mdx" to loading screen shows my picture? i mean its a difrent file.

You don't do anything to edit the .mdx file. This is the file that tells World Editor how to display your loading screen. Just copy that file from the link and import it into your import manager. Also make sure that your loading screen has been renamed to Fullscreen.blp and is also imported into your import manager. Lastly, make sure that you go to Scenario/Loading screen and set the loading screen to LoadingScreen.mdx that you just loaded. What that does is look for a 512X512 blp in your import list that has the name Fullscreen.blp. If you dont have that it will mess up.
