I couldn't figure figure out how to make the [Player 1: Victory] trigger dependent on an event [Which I would like to be when the farm at the end is destroyed].

Trigger:
  • VictoryForPlayer1
    • Events
      • Unit - Farm 0029 <gen> Dies
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Game - Victory Player 1 (Red) (Show dialogs, Show scores)

would that answer your question..? :(

EDIT:
You should notice that, despite the players having custom tech trees and the "Create starting units" action is deleted, the map still starts you with your 5 workers and all buildings/units are accessible.
On this map, you dont want to have any starting units ? Im sorry,im confused :)

Hmm ... I have tried that exact thing and it just wont recognize the changes. I am thinking now, that this has more to do with how I am saving/creating it than me just doing things wrong. Is there a special order you have to do things?

Like for instance, should the entire map/scenario/mission including triggers and such be completely finished before I export it to campaign? Or is there a proper order which to do it?

Right, it's a campaign, the only starting unit I want is the Hero.

Edit: Thank you for responding. It seems it's nearly impossible to get help at all around here.

If you want to test the map as a campaign, then yes, I would have thought that you would need to export everythign to be able to properly test it. Does it work if you test it as an individual map?

The WC3 community is slowly diminishing now, a lot of the good modders have moved to SC2.

When I make a map with all of these settings/triggers, it works. It's when I save the map in a campaign and try to run the campaign that these settings/triggers start being ignored.

Listen, first import all of your maps to your custom campaign, than, make all the edittings and stuff from within the custom campaign (from the Custom Campaign screen that appears after you click F7) , for i.e if you need to make some changes to Map1,go to Custom Campaign editor and click Edit Map, than after you've made your changes, you need to Save Campaign not Save Map, now, Delete all the initialization triggers, the action ones, leave only the event Map Initialization
like this:
Trigger:
  • Melee Initialization
    • Events
      • Map initialization
    • Conditions
    • Actions

This will make it possible for the map to start without any starting units, it will just load the map and nothing else.
