Converting Images from tga to blp?

Well, I'm trying to convert an image i made, to make a loading screen, and i was wondering if any1 knew of a good converter, since the only 1 I know of, Wc3 image converter f sumthin like that, doesnt work? any help or ideas, or how to make the image converter work?
