Enchanted Hellblade

On every attack there is a percentage that you will either knock back all units in front of you dealing damage and stunning them, or rush forward slice enemys in the way, also on a percentage of taking damage you will deflect that damage back or add that damage to your damage base for 15 seconds.

this is my 1st version of it hope you enjoy

I have 2 verisons 1 of them has music i put into it just to make the testing a little more fun and i have the original version with no music

It doesn't matter very much, but normally I use these settings for spell damage.

ATTACK_TYPE_MAGIC, DAMAGE_TYPE_UNIVERSAL, WEAPON_TYPE_WHOKNOWS

Actually, it does matter.
ATTACK_TYPE_MAGIC is the Magic attack type used by Chimaeras, Priests, etc.
So probably your damage won't go through Ethereal units (which Spells can damage)
DAMAGE_TYPE_UNIVERSAL will make the damage not reduced by Magic Resistance (Elune's Grace, item Runed Bracers)
So the damage is different.

I believe ATTACK_TYPE_SPELLS, DAMAGE_TYPE_MAGIC is the correct one for standard spell damage.

EDIT: Well, for this contest, it does not matter too much

1) Does terrain matter?

2) Does it matter if my ''extra'' triggers are ''fluff stuff'' and not great coding? (Not the triggers used for the spells, but extra triggers like creep spawning and whatnot.)

It's a spell contest, not a terraining one or a general triggering one. I myself have no terrain in my map and almost no triggers .

If the code has flaws, why won't Andrewgosu score less?
You should fix that.
Check if the point to which the unit is going to be moved is not out of bounds.

- Any coding abnormalities (e.g spell not working properly) will take points away.

I am not the only judge, Mizuio Ken will help me to grade the spells as well (not the coding part, however).

So give your best to make the spell to look as pleasing to the eye as you can get!

By the way Andrew, I don't want to go too much into my spell's details right now, so this may be hard to explain, but what if I make a trigger for each level instead of adding an ''If/Then/Else'' to to check what level the spell is, then if it is level X do this? Making a trigger for each level is a lot of extra code, and might be considered ''unecessary'' when an ''If/Then/Else'' can be added, but it makes the spell execute faster, so is it acceptable, or would points be deducted?
