Well they're all practically the same except the Hive has more. I haven't put them in yet, because there are only a certain amount of hidden things. If you check World Editor tutorials, it looks the same as well.

That and neither this list is complete. Both lists has missed out on a somewhat "hidden" ranger skin. I think it is the beta version of sylvanas windrunner. I found it in the shandris model last week
Looks really neat with all the body paint and stuff, she looks like some kind of woodelf with that skin

Sylvanas, nope. She has a skin without the body paint and the shandris model is a nightelf

Edit: Just to prove my point. I uploaded sylvanas texture aswell.
Notice the missing bodypaint

Edit2: Btw, The only thing the HeroRanger.blp is used for on shandris is the arrow.
