I made a custom ability based on Shadow Strike that hits the target for 1 damage and then does x damage over x seconds. It 1 shots the target as soon as the spell hits it for some reason... help?

It may be the Seconds between damaging part, oe w/e, has been set to a REALLY low number. If that's done even with 1 dmg every .01 seconds. Boom.

i got it... for some reason even though there isnt a casting time in game, in the editor the casting time must be set to 3 seconds for it to work... thanks for the help though

Looks like Google fixed whatever mistake that made the recipes on the site go crazy and we are no longer trending towards a recipe site lol - I don't care though because it motivated me to spend alot of time on the site improving it and at least now the content people are looking at is not stupid and embarrassing like it was when I first got back into this like 5 years ago.
