2 problems with my custom minimap

So I've made a custom minimap for my map, but I got 2 problems.

1. First, when I tried to convert the minimap image to .blp I just got a .blp on 0 bytes... Have I missed something?

2. When I tried to just use the .tga instead it worked perfect in the loading screen. But once the game started, the minimap got messed up like this:

(I am using the path: "war3mapMap.tga")

EDIT: Do I have to use a Alpha Channel to get it work?
EDIT2: Oh, by the way, I'm using Photoshop.

Open the file again > Save as > Same name and everything

Usually it fixes the prob :thup:

Nope, doesn't work. :(

I tried once to delete the alpha channel, and got exactly the same result.
Do I even need a alpha channel in the minimap?

EDIT: Umh, I'm not sure, but it must be 32 bits/pixel, right? Or should it be 24?

Haha, never mind. I have solved the problem.
The minimap must be 256x256, but I wrote 264x264!

Arh, I feel so stupid! :D


Anyway, thanks for trying to help me! :thup:
