Adding rain and storm effects (like lightening and such)

i need it to be so it starts in the night and finishes in the day, like a weather system.

how to turn it offf at day and how to re activate it at night ?

Why do you have a region for "Entire Map Area"?
It's a built in region.

ohhh shit that was ... xD now how to disable it at 6:00? and then enable it again at 18? and etc etc ... like a system you know that lasts indefinitely

Just make another trigger with the event 6.

i need to remove theffect at day and add it again at night ... it doesnt get removed automaticly

If no other effects are being created in between, just:

Environment - Turn (Last created weather effect) Off

Then turn the new "6" one on.
