how to change a buildings hit points plz help

World Editor -> Object Editor -> Building/Unit in question -> Stats - Hit Points Maxinum (Base)

Then change that field.

If you mean DURING the game, you'd have to use CUstom Upgrades. (Object Editor as well)

Hmm... Alright the Object Editor has an icon of a little helmet. Shortcut key is 'F6'

In the Object Editor the Upgrades tab is at the far right and has a shield for an icon. Here you can specify when an upgrade is researched (Says Tech in the trigger editor. Go figure.) if it adds to a unit's attack, or if they get a bonus to armor, or in your case - a bonus to life points.

If it's a problem for you, then you could download NewGen - thats english (as far as i know it's also english for people with german wc3)

you can download any language version of game via battle.net profile, ofc if you have keys, if you dont have keys, you still can download game...from other "sources".
