lol dude i have the answer to your problem.
1) go to this link and copy all the text into a .txt file.
2) (ONLY IF YOUR GOING TO BE PLAYING ONLINE, IF NOT SKIP THIS STEP) press ctrl + f (find) and type in 'seta name' then type in the name your going to be using.
3) make the .txt file into a .cfg file. (in case extensions don't show up for your files, open up any folder and press on Organize > Folder and Search options > View > uncheck 'Hide extensions for known file types).
4) finally go open up the game and continue your mission or whatever (must be in-game not on the menu/screen or you will crash) and open up the console by pressing the ~ (to enable console go to options) and type in the following commands in order as follows:
/exec yitch3.cfg
/vid_restart
Even though the graphics wont be that great, your fps will surely increase, reducing the lag.
