Can someone explain to me about "dice"

Hi, im reasonably new to WE and i am hopeless at maths, so i dont get the dice thing in custom units at all. heres a picture of two of the examples i want to have explained to me.

Um... i dont know how to put a pic in this post so if you can help me with that!!

Like,the damage dice?If you mean that,then the formula is
Min damage = Base Damage + Number of dice
Max damage = Base Damage + (Number of dice * Sides per die)

Same for the bounty.

And it's basically just rolling X Y-sided dice and summing them up.

Well...
seems that you never played a normal pencil and paper RPG before.

Dice - A dice with sides.
Sides per Die - Number os sides of the dice.


So, a normal 6-side dice will grant you a number from 1 to 6.
Also a D20 dice (D & D most used) will grant a number from 1 - 20.

Damage Base - base number that a unit will cause damage
Number of Dice - number of dices


Example:
If you have a base value like 20 and 2 dices, your minimun damage will be 22. 20 from base + 1 from one dice + 1 from the other dice (all dices starts with 1, remember?).

But how much will be the maximun damage?
Now you must input how many sides your dices have.

Sides per die - Number of sides from your dices

Example:
If you have (again) a base value like 20 and 2 dices, your minimun damage will be 22. Then, if you set the number of sides to 6, you ll have the maximun damage of 32.
Base 20 + 6 from one dice + 6 from another.

This way you ll have a unit that does 21 - 32 damage.

Then:
Min damage = Base Damage + Number of dice
Max damage = Base Damage + (Number of dice * Sides per die)


Every level of a Hero (normally) grants one new dice and grants bonuses on atributes.
So, on a Hero that have based on Strength (paladin, crypt lord, tauren chieftain), with ST base of 25, sides per die like 5 and Strength increasement per level equal to 2, you ll have:

Damage Base - 25 (based on ST)
Number of Dices - 1 (starting number)
Sides per Die - 5
Increasement per level - 2

Level 1
Damage 26 - 30 (base 25 + 1 dice)
Level 2
Damage 29 - 37 (base 25 + level bonus 2 + 2 dices)
Level 3
Damage 32 - 44 (base 25 + level bonus 4 + 3 dices)
Level 4
Damage 35 - 51 (base 25 + level bonus 6 + 4 dices)
........
