Change Text Upkeep?

Hey, the title says it all, I was wondering how to change the text in upper right hand corner that says "Upkeep" in green letters, and also the text about the different levels of upkeep.

I was also thinking where it was possible to change the text via trigger every few minutes during the game. I think it is in the game constants, or interface. Thanks in advance for the help.

Changing the text for 'Upkeep' is indeed in Advanced > Game Interface. However, I'm not sure about how to change it via triggers.

All you do is go to is advanced>game interface>then check the box use custom interface and scroll down till you see Text General- No Upkeep. Change that thread to whatever you want, either keeping the color code already there or changing it. As for changing mid game, im not sure that is possible, at least I havent seen it done before if it is...
