"(Spellbook)" is just editor suffix...its not necessary...
for each ability you must have spellbook version of that ability wich means Spellbook ability that contains only that spell and that spellbook must have the same (data - base order ID) like the spellbook used by your hero...
You shouldn't remove the spell book, you should dissable it for the owning player.
Like:
Player - Disable Firebolt (Spell book) for Owner of (Leveling Hero)
Also, if you want you can do this on the begingin of your map, dissable the spell book for all players.
