Uh.. for that custom value thing, don't I have to remove it's custom value afterwards, so it can work again... and then it would just stack again I think. =/

Well, you could just add a wait there then, after all actions add your wait and the do something like:
Trigger:
  • Unit - Set the custom value of (Triggering unit) to 0

Enhancement trigger:
you need to move this line outside the loop ;)
Trigger:
  • Custom script: call DestroyGroup (udg_temp_group)


Divine Protection trigger:
Im not usre if Picked Unit works after waits, try setting it into a variable (inside the loop) :D

Mana Draw trigger:
Why do you use the same condition twice ?
Trigger:
  • Set temp_group = (Units in Red Spawn <gen>((Number of units in (Units in Red Spawn <gen>((Unit-type of (Matching unit)) Equal to |c00ff0000Orc Raider))) Equal to 10))

You've already used the condition to check if there are 10 Orc Raiders in that region at the start of the if, just set temp_group to Units in Red Spaws <gen>

That is outside of the loop and removed that condition a while ago. I tried it with and without the condition and pretty much every other way.. I've tried many different things, I'll post a slight update of those two, sorry:

Trigger:
  • Divine Protection

On those two? Still, the same... Divine/Enhancement give the ability/buff but don't remove it after the period, and Mana Draw doesn't work at all (only shows the cast text and moves the triggering unit).

And, the first one is supposed to make units owned by player 1 invulnerable for 3 secs and then move triggering unit?
And the second one is supposed to give 4k gold to owner of triggering unit for each unit in Red Spawn, but only if there are more than 10 units in that region ?

And btw, these two triggers are fully working... tested !:

If this doesn't work for you, then there either something wrong with your WE, or you haven't fulfilled the conditions :p

ehm i dont know if anyone has wrote this yet because i havent checked all posts but. you cant use unit type = something AND unit type equal to something use OR
