Creating a Shop That Sells Skills (was: Help !)

Anyone know how to make shop sells skills ?
I couldnt figure it out even I find all through the tutorials in web .
I am new to here !

Shops don't actually sell skills; usually they sell powerup items (items whose abilities are activated once cast). So whenever the ability is cast, you either add the respective ability to the unit who cast(bought) it, or you increase the level of said ability for it.

I still have a question , how to make item drop upon death ?
or maybe is there any item will drop upon death in warcraft database ?

There's a field in the Object Editor for each item, called Stats - Dropped When Carrier Dies. Set this to True.

You create multiple items with the field Use Automatically When Acquired set to true. Then, you give these items a specific instant cast abilities depending on the skill you want to upgrade, for example, Blizzard (shop). You create a trigger that detects whenever this ability is cast, then add/upgrade the ability to the casting unit.
