Custom Titles?

I have two questions concerning custom titles:

1. Do administrators and moderators get more characters for their custom titles?
2. Is it possible to enable smilies in custom titles?

Admins, possibly. Mods, probably not, but it is possible.

Probably. But don't count on it happening. HTML required....

1. Administrators do, moderators probably don't.
2. Sort of, would require us to either edit vB or download an existing AddOn which allows that. Either way, not happening for the time being.
