Does playing a sound create a memory leak?

Do played sounds via

Sound - Play firstblood <gen>

need to be destroyed to prevent memory leaks?

Why not?

Well if it didn't leak then you are actually hurting performance by forcing the wc3 engine to destroy the sound variable.

I think it's because the sound is preloaded during the loading screen & doesnt need to be re-read

ROFL. You can destroy them, but then that means they leak? You can destroy the sound if you don't want to hear it anymore. That's my opinion, though.

Didn't meant it like that.
I wanted to say that Sounds doesn't leak. But Triggers does.
