i wan to do a skill like this

using impale to change,
the thorns i wanna change into the teleport (ability )
but i dont know how to change when the unit get hitted, i wan to make a teleport effect on it , not thorns coming up from it. HOW?

The main thing is, do you want this in code or do you want this in war3 triggers?

This is probably "hard coded". When blizzard was rushing to release the expansion they forget to include this tiny detail changeable which renders impale rather not so user friendly/eye candy pleasant. Oh well.... but it's probably pritty manageable to trigger it instead. It wouldn't be as good as blizzard coded stuff (the timing of the "trhorns coming up") but it's better then nothing.

Thorns = spikes?

And by teleport effect he means Blink?

So, i think he wants, using the impale ability, every unit with thorns aura gets teleported to a place when the casting unit gets hitted. the description makes it so strait forward
am i right or am i right?

You can change the 'Art - Effect' field to any special effect with "<effect>" suffix. It should work. The unit, however, won't get impaled by flying in the air. They'll pause for a while and then get stunned (which looks a little weird). There's also an 'Air time' field. Probably play around with the field and see if it does any changes.

erm, some of you said right, just now i am rushing to go else where so i rush and it seems it is blur and confusing, sorry about it.

let me explain, i am using the impale as a base, the impale have 2 effect, one is spikes coming out when target the ground and the other one is the spikes go higher which if the unit get stuuned one.

I had knew how to make the (blue) one but (red) one i dont know how...

i can accept both ways , please just teach me.
